12 Eggs, lightly beaten
6 cups milk
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
9 cups self-rising yellow cornmeal
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
Grease two 12 x 20 x 2-inch pans and set in the oven to heat. In a very large bowl combine all the ingredients in the order given and pour into the hot pans. Bake at 450 F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown.
Makes 50 servings.
