1 stick margarine or butter
2 cups onion, chopped
4 cups cream style corn
1 cup green pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups cream or half ‘n half
Sauté onion and butter together. Add corn and milk. Add salt to taste. Add green pepper and put in a
double boiler to cook. If it is too thin, it can be thickened with a flour/water mixture.
Serve with crackers or corn bread.
