2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp curry powder
chopped onion (to taste)
3 cans cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
1 cup chopped parsley
8 medium potatoes
Combine beef, onions, parsley and about 3 Tbsp sour cream; add salt and pepper to taste. Form into meatballs and brown. When done, put into large casserole dish. Boil potatoes to almost tender then cut into 1-inch squares. Place in casserole dish. Combine soup, curry and remaining sour cream. Pour over meatballs and potatoes. Bake at 350 covered for 35-40 minutes. Then bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
