1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2/3 cup low-fat or non-fat sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp sugar (or sugar substitute equivalent)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cups shredded green cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
In a bowl, whisk together first 8 ingredients, add cabbage and carrots and stir well. Sprinkle with fresh dill. Chill until ready to serve.
