20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice — 1 can
11 ounces mandarin oranges — 1 can
1 banana — peeled and sliced
1 ½ cups seedless grapes
1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup coconut — flaked
¼ cup almonds — chopped; optional
8 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt — 1 carton
Drain pineapple and oranges. Combine pineapple, oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and almonds. Chill at least two hours.
