¾ cup sugar
1 cup Master Mix
2 (8-ounces each) pkgs cream cheese, cut into 1” cubes and softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp grated lemon peel
Fresh fruit or canned pie filling for topping
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie pan.
- Place all ingredients except fruit topping in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, stopping occasionally to stir, about 3 minutes, OR beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 5 minutes.
- Pour into pie pan.
- Bake just until puffed and center is dry, about 30 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
- Cool. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 3 hours.
- Put fresh fruit or pie filling on top of cooled cheesecake, OR as you are serving each individual portion, spoon topping onto each piece.

What is master mix? Your recipes sound great but I haven’t a clue what master mix is! I live in Canada in a small place called Sydney, Nova Scotia Cape Breton and I have never seen this product and is there a recipe to make your own master mix? Appreciate you feed back!!!!
